This program is designed to provide managers with the tools and techniques they need to develop and retain the highest quality employees. It is customized to your policies and practices. It can also be used to roll out new performance management processes. This is an experiential seminar with individual and group exercises as well as hand-outs to reinforce the new behaviors while on the job.
